He was born in Kırşehir in 1974. He graduated from the Faculty of Theology at Marmara University in 1997. He completed his master's degree in the Department of Philosophy and Religious Sciences in 2000 and obtained his doctorate with a thesis titled "Nature Philosophy in Ebu al-Barakât al-Baghdadi." He became an associate professor in 2017 and a professor in 2022. Since 2008, he has been serving as a faculty member in the Department of Logic at the Faculty of Theology, Marmara University. Additionally, he is currently acting as the President of the Turkish Manuscripts Institution.
