Dr. MUSTAFA CAHIT is member of Civil Law Department at Istanbul University Faculty of Law. He graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1999. Dr. MUSTAFA CAHIT completed his master’s degree at Istanbul University Institute of Social Sciences in the field of Private Law in 2002 with his thesis titled “Legal Status of the Attachment within the Scope of Immovable Pledge” and his PhD in 2010 with his thesis titled “Premature Termination of the Agreement by the Lessee in Immovable Leases”. He became Assistant Professor in 2014. He has published many books and articles on different fields of civil law. Dr. MUSTAFA CAHIT has been teaching part-time at Ibn Haldun University since 2018.
