Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Cahit İyilikli graduated from the Istanbul Faculty of Law in 1997. In 2001, he completed his master's degree at Marmara University Institute of Social Sciences in the field of private law with his thesis titled "Banks bankruptcy and trustee bankruptcy", and in 2011, he completed his doctorate at Ankara University Institute of Social Sciences with his thesis titled "Three persons debtor goods, rights and receivables, confiscation". In 2022, he was awarded the title of associate professor by the Interuniversity Board (ÜAK).

He has four monographs in the field of law titled "Haciz İhbarnameleri", "Hukuk Yargılamasında Kesin Hüküm", "Hukuk Yargılamasında Terekenin Resmi Defterinin Tutulması", and “Tasarrufun İptali Davasında İhtiyati Haciz”. He has also published many refereed articles and presented papers at various conferences.
