Short Biography
Dr. Aydın SÖYLEMEZ was born in 1988 in the province of Muş, completing his high school education at Muş High School. Although he attended the Classroom Teaching department at Malatya İnönü University for two years, he discontinued his education and retook the university entrance exam to pursue his desired school and department at Boğaziçi University, where he gained admission to the Psychological Counseling and Guidance department. He completed his undergraduate education between 2009 and 2014, initiating his professional career as a School Psychological Counselor in his hometown, Muş. He has served at various levels, including middle school, kindergarten, and elementary school, in the provinces of Muş and Kocaeli. Furthermore, he obtained his Master's degree at Sakarya University between 2014 and 2016, and subsequently completed his Ph.D. between 2016 and 2021, earning the title of Doctor in the field of Psychological Counseling and Guidance.
With eight years of experience in the profession, Dr. Aydın SÖYLEMEZ commenced working as a School Psychological Counselor and Guidance Teacher at Katar Turkish School in 2021. Additionally, he holds a part-time academic position in the Department of Psychological Counseling and Guidance at Ibn Haldun University. He is proficient in English and Arabic.
Dr. Aydın SÖYLEMEZ is recognized for his meaningful leadership, cognitive-behavioral play therapy, studies on children's gaming addiction, and spiritual psychology. His academic and professional expertise allows him to contribute significantly to the field of psychological counseling.
