Prof. Dr. Aylin Göztaş currently serves as a Professor at the Faculty of Communication, Ege University. Beginning her academic career as a Research Assistant at Ege University, Göztaş ascended through the ranks, earning the titles of Associate Professor and Professor at the same institution. She completed her undergraduate studies at the Ege University School of Press and Broadcasting, followed by her master's and doctorate degrees at Ege University's Institute of Social Sciences.

In addition to her academic pursuits, Göztaş has held various roles in the corporate sector. She has worked as a Public Relations Officer at Çimentaş A.Ş. and Vestel A.Ş., as a Human Resources and Promotion Coordinator at ABA Group International, as the Aegean Region Manager at Gilan Jewelry A.Ş., and as the Public Relations and Promotion Director at Güçbirliği Holding.

Her academic and teaching expertise encompasses Public Relations, Crisis Management, Total Quality Management, Corporate Communication, Project Management, and New Media. She has been a speaker at numerous international and national conferences and has participated in various research projects.
