Dilşad Firuze Kaplan completed her secondary education at the Prof. Dr. Mümtaz Turhan Social Sciences Secondary School in Istanbul and graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law at the Turkish-German University in 2024. During her undergraduate studies, she played an active role in legal clinic work and various voluntary activities. She is currently continuing her studies on the Master’s Programme in Public Law (Thesis-Based) at the Institute of Social Sciences, Turkish-German University. In 2025, she was admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association and obtained her licence to practise law, and in 2026 she began working as a Research Assistant in the Department of General Public Law at Ibn Haldun University. He specialises in human rights law and cultural heritage law and is fluent in English and German.
