Assoc.Prof. Gökçen Çatlı

Çatlı, who is an anthropologist and sociologist, completed ten years of her education abroad. After graduating from Saint Benoit, she obtained her bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages from Istanbul University, followed by a master's and doctoral degree in Social Anthropology from Yeditepe University. She earned her Ph.D. title in 2013 and became an Associate Professor in 2021. Her area of expertise is cultural and communication sociology. She is a full-time faculty member in the Department of Sociology at İstanbul Aydın University, serving as an associate dean, and is also part-time faculty at İstanbul University.
