About

Short Biography

Fatma Halide Kıvrak completed her undergraduate studies in the Business Administration Department of Gazi University in 2013, along with a double major program in the International Relations Department. During her undergraduate education, she also pursued an associate degree in the Department of Economics. She worked as a project writer and coordinator for one year in a private consultancy firm aiming to introduce European Union funded grant support programmes to SMEs in Turkey. In 2016, she enrolled in the Human Resource Management Master's Program at Istanbul University and completed it with her thesis titled "The Impact of Emotional Intelligence on Employees’ Individual Innovativeness: A Study on Technology Companies." In 2017, she started working as a research assistant at Ibn Haldun University, Department of Management, and the following year, she was accepted into the PhD Programme in Management at the same University. She completed her PhD in 2024 with her thesis titled "The Relationship Between Mindfulness and Creativity in the Workplace: Exploring the Roles of Intrinsic Motivation, Cognitive Flexibility, and Supervisor Support." During her doctoral studies, she spent a year as a visiting researcher at the University of Exeter Business School. She is currently conducting research on employee psychology, creativity and innovation.
