Muhammet Talha Kaan graduated from Fatih Sultan Mehmet Waqf University Faculty of Law in 2017 and Anadolu University Faculty of Economics in 2018. He completed Ibn Haldun University International and Comparative Law Program in 2020 with his thesis titled "Legal Aspect of Slot Allocation". KAAN started the Marmara University Public Law PhD program in 2021 and continues his doctoral studies. Since 2021, he has been working as a research assistant in the Administrative Law department of Ibn Haldun University Faculty of Law. Administrative Law, Air and Space Law and Artificial Intelligence Law are among his areas of interest. He speaks English and intermediate Arabic.
