Associate Professor Recep Yücedoğru is a member of f Political Science and Public Administration at  Istanbul University, Faculty of Political Sciences,. He graduated from Uludağ University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Department of Finance in 2004. Assoc. Prof. Recep completed his master’s degree at Marmara University Institute of Social Sciences Financial Law in 2007 with his thesis titled “Taxpayer rights in the Turkish tax system”. He completed his PhD in the University of Nottingham in 2016 with his thesis titled “Understanding Tax Morale and Tax Compliance of Owner-Managers of Small Companies”. He has published many books and articles on tax law.  Assoc. Prof. Recep has been teaching part-time at Ibn Haldun University since 2023.
